Frank\u2019s Place is the latest creation of chef Robert Santomenno Wallace, who honors his grandfather\u2019s name as well as his love of Italy, by way of his culinary talents.\u00a0 Frank Santomenno was an Italian American who came to Panama and became an important businessman known for bringing the first cable TV to the country and have founded REPROSA, a Panamanian jewelry store that has been open for 45 years.<\/p>\n

Robert decided to open Frank\u2019s Place in dedication to him, with a culinary proposal that features some of the family\u2019s recipes that have passed down through generations.<\/p>\n

This place enhances the concept of any traditional Italian American restaurant that you will find in New York and Chicago, with a casual atmosphere that evokes the 50s, a real Harley Davidson on display, photos of celebrities like Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and other less famous personalities hanging on the walls. The staff is dressed like the Mafia and the ambiance makes you feel like in a movie. Diners can reserve the VIP room, a speakeasy experience, which is specially designed for events.<\/p>\n

Frank\u2019s Place\u2019s menu is extensive with options for all tastes, including salads, appetizers, main courses with chicken, fish, seafood, and the best cuts of meat, as well as their unique pizzas and different kinds of pasta served with homemade sauces prepared with the freshest ingredients and traditional recipes to guarantee an unforgettable and tasty experience.
